depends on what they are checking for – ie how detailed a result they want.
Codeine can be detected separately, but if they are only screening for opiates it may be included within this search, the methadone will come up seperatley but they can also test for methadone metabolites (ie, to make sure people are actually taking it and not just putting some in a wee sample so it comes up positive and then selling it etc)
