Seriously though its a lot harder for newbies to get drugs in the USA as there are far more feds devoted to enforcing the war on drugs, much more surveillance (there are feds monitoring this site 24/7 for posts like the OP, they won’t go after individuals but will use the info to target busts of dealers and/or work out where drugs are coming from).
In some bits of the the USA getting caught means extra penalties above the drug offence like having your driving license and college place revoked and permanently being denied any welfare benefits.
This is apparent when there are bad emergencies like New Orleans and the oil in Gulf of Mexico and you hear about people being refused benefit because they took drugs a few years back).
Also folk there are put into more pressure situations where they are forced to grass on their mates to avoid a worse penalty (which is why they get much more uncomfortable about the joke calling them a cop/fed elsewhere on the forum). For all “land of the the free” talk the American authorities go in hard against users and never forgive or forget (Europe is far more liberal compared to the USA) so the stakes are as high as in Asian nations (in fact its probably easier to get drugs in Asian countries now as the economies are doing well so the fed there have loosened their control a bit)
