Tryptameanie Lake Michigan is a large enough body of water that it has a beach.

Thanks to historical British imperialism there are loads of places worldwide called Victoria Park (about 5 or more in the UK alone) and the poster could be referring to any one of them (which is yet another reason why its a bad idea to try and use a forum such as this for overt sourcing of any controlled substances).

Thanks Shakyamuni for clearing things up. Lake Michigan is one of the Great Lakes in the US. The state Michigan is made of two peninsulas surrounded by massive freshwater lakes.
