I don’t think you’re being paranoid at all

Random foreigner asks us to download a computer game about a bitter, unfinished civil conflict to a smartphone with GPS and known tracking files..

how do we know what side they are on?

and they have the brass neck to expect folk to pay for it (and who does the money go to?)
