one of your “normal” drugs may well be interacting with or surpressing the effect of the party drugs, especially if your friends are all getting a buzz off it.
TBH for your own safety I would not suggest continuing taking party drugs with your normal meds. you could get badly ill from doing this.
I am not a doctor and don’t know the exact state of your mind, but you are being prescribed stuff which is very similar to party drugs in some of the effects, but with the “fun” bits “turned down” so you can still function normally in society rather than be too high to do anything useful and then suffer a bad comedown which could make you do something bad.
I’m asssuming you are fairly young and it might be worth waiting until your mental health conditions are properly managed before experimenting with party/club drugs, or accepting the fact you might not be able to take them (same as how some folk are allergic to foods/drugs). bear in mind that what the docs are giving you might be the reason why you actually have friends and are not stuck in your room too scared to go out, or are not in jail or the crazy house. But sometimes these conditions lessen with age.
being immune to party drugs isn’t a major problem – I’d be more concerned about being stuck on pharmaceutical meds most of your young life. I would suggest you speak to your doctor at the next appointment about long term plans and how long they intend you to be on these meds, and also look at other mental health treatment.
