It’s an “old money” term. What they mean is, a plonker that’s just the same kind of plonker as different generations to make sure everybody else gets plonked good and proper, and the “old money” stays in the same family.
Now… for those who aren’t familiar with the word “plonker”, it is a slang Brit English word meaning “penis”. “Dick” actually fits better in my post when substituted for “plonker” though.
