With drugs i’m quite reserved and cautious..
Especially with a small history of mental illness & Schizophrenia in the family.. But
Nonetheless i wish, want and will take LSD at least once..
I was thinking this summer i’m pretty ready,
I can get it from a very clean guy, who i know and trust..
I feel generally very positive, not sad like i ever used to be once in a while, but always happy and with the feelings of the end of my exams i feel genuinely free!
I can easily get a good set, where there’s nothing dangerous, someone to look after me, i even have a girl who’s making me very happy at the moment..
So, as you can see i’m taking it slow, but do you think i could take LSD and 99% assure a good, nice healthy and self-revealing experience..?
I will not take any advice that is don’t take it, as i’ve looked into everything so much..
Just tell me whether my mindset and possible set is looking good and ready?

try and look at it as a new learning experience rather then just getting fucked up etc. acid is great

If there is a history of schizophrenia in the family I would advise against doing any drugs.

Not really, you should atleast expect it to perhaps not be an awesome trip… Not saying it’s gonna be mentally harming, just saying it might be a bad trip… The same ways you can get really nauseated on weed :).

Do drugs really worsen/speed up mental illnesses guys?

It’s your call – sounds like you already know the risks of doing acid whilst suffering from depression/mental problems and having schizophrenia in your family. If you do take it then just do 1/4 or 1/2 a tab, let it kick in (can take a couple of hours to come up properly) and gradually work your way up to a tab if you need more.

Don’t do what I did on my first time and bosh 3 microdots at 2am at a festival on top of every other stimulant under the sun whilst already not being in a good place mentally, as it may result in a short-lived (but fucking scary!) schizophrenic episode (and having the Sony Ericsson ringtone playing occasionally inside your head for about a year afterwards).

i’ve no genuine concern stupid really that i even said it! like as if you weren’t going to pick up on it..
but cheeseweasel! thanks a lot, your advise really helps.
Problem is i can’t get tabs anywhere,
only can get a hold of sugar cubes..?
Should i try and find tabs? can anyone in london help me out 😀

just do it, you’ll be fine, it will be fun most likely. do it with some good mates outdoors somewhere if you can away from the public and enjoy.

How old are you?

Personally I’d advise waiting until you are over 20 years old, people tend to be a bit more solid in the head when they are older and find it a lot easier to deal with. Your brain is still developing when you are younger and psychedelic experiences tend to be more ‘turbulent’

What are psychedelics like anyway? I’ve always thought of them as majorly visual only… Do they have a hard ‘mindset’ to them? As weed does?

Oh yes. Acid will bend your mind in ways you would never be able to imagine until you’ve done it.
