Alright captain slow we’ve already noted and mocked the typo lol

I will have it amended for you, to prevent this type of abuse.

Oh and I don’t believe in any type of meduims or psychics, remote viewers etc. But I do believe in contacting familiar spirits via drugs. 😛

Oh yeah i hate that derek cunt, but aside from him i mean are there any real ones at all no?

No mate, there are no real ones at all. They’re all cunts, offering false hope to the bereaved and charging them for it. I genuinely believe it should be illegal to do that shit and should come with a long prison sentence.

My mums seen ghosts a few times. I know my mum would never make stuff like that up but still Im skeptical.

When people ‘feel’ presences in rooms it is just your paranoid instinct. Derren Brown did a program on it, I think it was from the same episode as the clip that was posted in this thread earlier.

If you ever see a psychic smiling, punch them as hard as you can – it’s always good to strike a happy medium!

Ok well I didn’t read all the comments because I’m assuming most are calling bullshit on psychics, and I don’t blame them. I would too if it didn’t run in my genetics, where me, my sisters and relatives from my mums side have seen and contacted the dead. My uncle is a medium, as a hobby. He does contact spirits, and for no few. Like I said he does it for a hobby and has his own group of people who join him also, including me on one occasion so far.

I’ve ‘seen’ things myself also, but i mean these psychics are supposedly having a conversation with a dead person and then telling the alive person what theyre saying..

Also when you’re not feeling very safe like in a dark room, or having to walk down a dark lane to get home, the energy inside you is building up, all the charge is magnifying because of the way you’re feeling, therefore if one could see a person for what it is – a collection of energy, then you would see the energy field of that person has expanded massively if you were to compare that with the energy of a person who’s in a stable circumstance.
That feeling of you thinking there’s a presence near you is just your own field of energy got big.
I’m no a scientist but so there is a better way of explaining this to my crappy explanation lol

Actually is is illegal to advertise psychic services without the disclaimer “For entertainment purposes only”. And I must admit there are some very convincing frauds who do fleece guillable people.

Unfair to include RV in the list. See, RVers don’t have any idea what they’re supposed to be contacting or gaining information on – they operate completely blind. The formal definition is, “Psychic Functioning within a Double blind protocol.” So they don’t know what or who or when they are describing, nor does anybody else at the time they do a session record.

Not surprisingly, RV isn’t 100%, but there is a small to medium (no pun intended) statistical effect. Scientifically speaking, it is “real” and not random. You want the papers you can read them here.

NOW, to answer the original question – I did set up a task asking someone to describe somebody who was dead, and their culture. All they had to go on was a random tag. They did describe the person. How accurate where they? Maybe 60%. Not great but pretty awesome considering all they had to go on was a 12 digit hex number. Could have been anything, anywhen. But it’s not like they had a conversation with them.

Perhaps some people can have dialogue with dead people, but it isn’t something I have observed. So I don’t know. I’m open minded enough to think it could be possible. But I doubt many people really want to know or develop such abilities, as it makes them very sinister and strange to “normal” people who haven’t been exposed to such oddities.

What I don’t get about psychics is how come everyone they end up contacting is a Victorian street urchin or a fucking Edwardian butler or something, never a caveman or one of the other billions of dead humans that walked this earth before modern civilisation?

Yeah its always from the last 300 years or so.

Thta’s another thing that raises my skepticism, that if these people are genuine then how come there is literally only about 50 of them in the whole wide world? (i dunno just for example) The only other thing i can think of that only such a small number of people in the whole world have is something like a very rare disease or illness that only a select number of people in the world are unlucky enough to have.

I have just had a quick squizzy haven’t read it through thoroughly yet, but it’s pretty interesting actually, it just kinda confirms that being under the influence of LSD is seeing truth…
As it’s your CNS that’s affected..One time i was nearing the end of an acid trip and was walking home on my own, just before i went to turn in to the next block my legs suddenly went weak, i felt sick and really faintish as though i was gonna pass out, so i leant down and took some deep breaths.. Got up and walked around to the block and there were an ambulance crew and a circle of friends all crying and hugging while someone was being put in to the ambo on a stretcher.
I definitely hadn’t heard any of it whilst walking up as it’s the busy city centre i just heard the usual noises of hustle n bustle n honking.
So shit, is this what RV is??
