  • Hello.

You will notice that I am a tired guest.

I’ve never been a huge believer in dream interpretations. Not the ones that say that specific items mean specific things, at least. The only way I think that they can tell you about yourself is that the things you dream about which relate to your life are the things which, whether you know or not, are important to you and/or in the front of your mind.

This past week, I’ve not smoked much dope, I’m sure that all you who have stopped for a little while know how the dreams come. It’s not the hecticness or lucidity of the dreams that concerns me, though, to be honest I quite like it like that. What concerns me is that on Sunday night I awoke several times, but I still had 4 complete dreams. Though the dreams were completely different, there was a ‘scene’ in each of the dreams which was exactly the same.

The dreams would go through much randomness, which isn’t really very interesting to anyone, so I won’t bother telling you about the details (apart from saying that in one of them, I was in GTA 4…). At a point in the dream, though, I would end up sitting down with THE SAME PERSON each time, we would chat a bit, and then I would hold her hand. As soon as this happened, we would sigh and then I would wake up quite suddenly. This happened with each dream.

This was all very well, and it had played on my mind so much the next day that I felt I had no choice but to approach the girl in question.

“Hello”, I said, “How are you?”

“I’m fine” she replied, “by the way, do you still have a room free in your house? Can I move in?”

    “Of course”, I said.

Now she’s going to be a housemate, does this mean I can’t ask her out??

    hey man…

could have gone either one of two ways… the sigh was a release from long built up feeling of adoration… and you may just live happily every after..

    or

she is sighing because you know you have both ruined the friendship you had by thinking of your pants…

but unless you actually ask her you;ll never know and there is nothing worse than being sat about thiking what if….

do it man… i wish you all the luck in the world… let me know how it goes…

    jah bless

    Thanks Mrs Kaits,

I guess I knew that I’d have to do it anyway.

I’ve never lived with a girlfriend before, and to do it straight off is a bit intimidating for me, but like you say, at least I’d know and won’t be sitting around thinking what could have been.

    I will keep you posted…

    ***peace***

    mrs…….. nah man…

I am very much a mister!

honestly… livin with a girlfriend isnt a big step at all.. i dont know why folk stress so bad… its just like living with a mate apart from the fact you cant really walk around in tatty boxers and do fart jokes.

i hope it goes well… if it does do i get dinner?

    haha

    Only if she can cook!!

    BOSS,

YOU NEED TO FIND THAT OUT BEFORE YOU MOVE IN WITH HER…

OTHERWISE ITS GOING TO BE ALOT OF PASTA…

cooking skills aside; I’d definitely agree with what mrskaists said suggest dealing with this situation before she moves in; I would hope that if its not going to turn into a relationship and both of you are uncomfortable with this situation then she would not want to move in…

otherwise you and the other housemates (if there are any) are going to be living in a constant situation of unrequited feelings and sexual tension like the plot of a cheap sitcom…

Being in a relationship with a flatmate, can become very tricky, say if you two broke up. What would happen? she’s have nowhere to go, things like that…

A room can represent a specific area of the unconcious. Very often in dreams, one room leads to another, and the objects in these rooms have a particular significance. In men’s dreams, a room was almost always a symbol for a woman

    hey man…

    so did you ask her…

    tell tell

So there I was, thinking, OK – what’s the point of sitting round imagining what would happen, I might as well phone her and find out for sure.

So I rang, and there was no answer.

I rang a couple of days later, and there was no answer still. I was getting a little woried, if for nothing else because we need someone to move in. A couple of days later I went on holiday. I came back just the other day, and thought I’d better give her a call, just to say hello and see if she was still moving in.

    No answer.

But then she called me yesterday, but I couldn’t talk as I was at work, so I told her I’d call her later, which I did.

    No answer.

I think that answers my question.
