So me and two of my friends took some mandy of Friday late afternoon, all was goin well good nicely spanked and was having a good time. The same night another friend was leaving to move to Cardiff, so I left to say my good byes and what not. Didn’t really drink that much at all. I had 2 bottles of staropramen and a pint of hieniken. Woke up saturday, and spent the whole day throwing up. Literally, all day. Now I know for a fact it wasn’t the drink, I can handle a lot of drink. So my only conclusion is that the mandy I took wasn’t quite kosher……
To day I’ve already been sick twice, and its not even 12pm.

Doubt I’ll be doing mandy again for a very, very long time.

Got a feeling it was cut with something, because the baggy didn’t look as if it only had md in it, vernting (member here, but doesn’t use the site) suggested it maybe cut with mephydrone, but I’m sceptical as to what it was…..

So yeah, incite to my once good, now miserable weekend.

cathinones are unlikely to make you that sick. what they do do is wreck your immune system which MDMA and other amfetamine type stimulants will do anyway. bear in mind you have spent the whole weekend amongst lots of people (who could be carrying any number of bugs) and probably eating food which may have been left out in the blazing heat and attacted filth flies and other nasties.

it is more likely you may have a old fashioned illness and are best off resting until this is over and done with..

Hmm I’ve had good poisoning twice before and this isn’t as bad but its left me pretty fatigued and listless. I can barely make it to the toilet, I’ve been hurling in to a bin since yesterday : / gonna get the my gp to has a look at me see if I’m dead or something. Hopefully I should be feeling half reasonable by the end of the week.

Well that’s the thing, I’d eaten well before I did the stuff, drank plenty of water before I went to the pub and drank slowly, when I woke up I was pouring with sweat, very dizzy and uneasy on my feet. I’ve never had this off of booze or md……

I just heard from the two guys I did the stuff with, and they are reporting similar sickness……not good, I think I’ll be having stern words with the bloke we got it off.

Don’t sound good mate, whatever it is. If the mandy was mixed with something dodgy, I say cut the person who cut it!

I can tell you now when we got it, you always inspect it, and moan Ohh its not a gram blah blah blah, when my mate vernting did a taste test he gagged. Which to me didn’t seem encouraging, but he said it was mandy, so we took 2 bombs and a wee lingering each. I gotta say felt mandy’d up but also something else, a sickly feeling in my throat and stomach. The went to the pub as I say, did drink much booze then began to feel iffy…woke up round my friends as I say, walked home, threw up 3 times on the way, got some then spent all day being sick.

I know the bloke who sold it to us, for sure I’m gonna be making inquiries as to the legitimacy of his wears…..

possibly a piperazine like mCPP but not heard of this stuff being around for a while, its class C in the UK so not without some penalties anyway..

I think my friend still has the baggy, with residue on it. I think it may be worth getting some kind of tester kit thing, cause I’ve not felt this ill since I nearly died in Egypt……

I always got the urge to purge with real MDMA within 1/2 hour of taking it, but it only lasts a few mins, hold it down and does not return again, certainly never had sickness in the days following MDMA or anything else except alcohol, that is very odd.

1) dont drink when pilling, the two dont mix well IMO

2) I would agree with other posters it may just be a coincidence, stomach bug nothing to do with the MDMA, guess it would depend if you trust the supplier, and if your mates who took the same stuff had the same illness afterwards.

3) Is you mate who just moved to Cardiff called Mike ? Only ask cause my mate Mike just moved back to Cardiff this weekend and he’s part of my old crowd of pillheads from back in the day lol

Hope you’re feeling better soon mate & hopefully GL’s right & it was contaminated by someone with a stomach bug/gastroenteritis touching it rather than some inconsiderate, ignorant or just plain greedy cunt giving the drugs world yet more bad press. Get well soon though dude.

II hope gl is right, off to the doctor at 4pm so hopefully I can find out wants going on. I really hope it won’t come to a bloody test, I’m so scared of needles…..

I really cannot think of anything that would cause that level of purging and would be used to bulk out party drugs. It would be commercial suicide for the dealer for one thing as few would buy anything more from them due to the unpleasantness and purgatives are rarely indicated in normal medicine these days anyway. However party drugs, due to their illegality are often stored in insanitary conditions. its also possible you had the start of this bug already last week and the heavy weekend made it worse, there are lots of nasties doing the rounds including what I thought were “winter” illneses in high summer..
