With regards to what GL has said about having to get a behavior test in SG to own one, mby you could pay to have one done on your dog as ammunition against the complainer.
Also try and get the landlord to put something in writing saying he has given his blessing if you haven’t already, as this may hold some legal weight if they try and get you to put him down as he can’t be re-homed, as it’s not right that you’ve misguidedly got a dog and then have to get rid of him. It’s immoral, but then again so can a lot of things be when dealing with people who only care about money.
Jason wrote a pretty vexed letter back which I have had to re write.
I’ve seen a similar video from NL (though I am fairly certain a completely different dog and cat).
Although the UK claims to be superior to other nations in “looking after animals” its been a strong part of wider Northern European culture for some centuries. Trizin Hof and his friends at the Ganzenparadijs were collecting geese a while back (if they don’t take them in the geese get put down if they are seen as causing “social problems”) but they also found 10 bull mastiff pups just dumped in a random part of Groningen (which is strange, as these pups are valuable but it might be because the province increased the dog tax on bull breeds.
So they took them back in the dierenambulance (animal ambulance) as well and they still live there amongst all the geese and cats! (the Ganzenparadijs is actually multispecies these days as its merged with another shelter).
