if the ingredients of your other blends are not divulged, how on earth do people know those don’t contain MXE or cathinones or piperazines or anything else illegal in their countries? All these have been found in “branded blends” sold across the UK and EU even after these substances have been banned. This is why a lot of vendors get banned from forums/media advertising and/or even busted by their local law enforcement authorities and even honest ones get a bad name.
if you call RTÉ and say you will pay them €1200 if they let you advertise stuff which turns out to potentially be controlled drugs in some countries, what do you think will happen? they won’t just let your advert run and may or may not decide to return your money as you have put them at risk and potentially damaged their reputation. This place is no different, we have to abide by the laws of Europe as well.
