OK, so I’m bored with the normal way of cooking eggs, any ideas what I can do to spice them up?

atm I’m going with boring old fried as I cba to heat up water to poach them.

what are your egg recipes? (I’m generaly asking for quick ones … but don’t be shy if you can tell me, for example, how to make a killer kiesh!)

I like poached, (mine are quire shite) fried (with cheese) , boiled, scrambled (with smoked salmon if half priced)
omelet with cheese and tinned tomatoes

scrambled all the way, fried egg makes me feel sick, can’t handle the greasiness. Poached is nice, but rarely do I make them

One thing I fucking love is eggy bread … god that shit’s nice …

A few eggs, heaps of sugar, a little salt. ~Dip (soak) bread in mixture till saturated and fry. Totaly overboard but so so so fucking nice!

TBH the salt is more out of habit then taste (always got to have eggs with salt right?). :laugh_at:

hey,

i found these silicone egg poachers in waitrose a while back. they’re really good cos you don’t loose any of the egg to the water and you get a perfectly shaped egg with a yolk that can be super runny, or however you like, thats what i like mmmm, with some nice bread. also they’re really healthy cos you don’t have to use oil, but you can if you like!

or for scrambled eggs i like gordon ramsey’s scrambled eggs. even if you don’t do the chives n that at the end, the method gets you great eggs! and he burns his toast and tells the guy filming to go fuck his wife in bed kinda lol
