yeah i know a few people who have been and loved it. thye did allot of exploring at night and all sorts and found it a very welcoming place., Ive been told it really really hot though!
ive been told to not venture far away from the hotel on a night as not safe. and seeing as only me and the little one is going dont think we will…was gonna go into the desert on a night camp but after reading about some rebels who held some sightseeers to ransom for a million quid dont think we ll bother lol…
yes its going to be hot but we will be in the sea or in the pool most of the time to cool down…
will take lots of pics !!!raaa
ah fair enough if you’ve got your little one, yeah its not reccommended to go wandering in some places!
It is the amazing place for visit. The attraction points are pyramids, Castle Zaman and Safari Into the Great Sand Sea.

Do you read the news?
Sharm is as far as you can get from the trouble in the big cities Sinner.
Red Sea / Aqaba Coast is still OK, and that’s where most of the water tourists go (good place to get Scuba PADI certified).
Admitedly there is an awful lot of civil unrest in Egypt, but I’d still rate Sharm as a good place to go… one thing though. Especially if you are female, do cover up outside of the resorts – “loose women” are seen as fair game for sexual assault and rape. Different cultural norms from us, but if you’re polite and respectful and “MODEST” in appearance then Sharm is pretty tolerant.
Oh, best go in the winter, it’s like a furnace in the summer.
