i just cant understand how a religious person can be so inane as to believe this shit. just because i dont acknowledge belief in the existence of a divine being, i am by your words pretty much sent to burn eternally. how can none of you realize that this is just a shallow attempt to control people and bend to a minority or overlords views (for example the crusade) and keeping people in check. It is so shallow it is unbelievable. yeah it worked in the middle ages but we are in the 21st century, the average iq has probably doubled by now and perhaps by coincidence, but probably not, there are ever growing numbers of non believers.

your saying even somebody who has done bad can just repent and go to heaven, whereas an atheist who has been a do gooder all his life goes to hell, what a crock of absolute stinking potent bullshit.

yeah your quite right there. truth is truth. and the truth is that science is more credible in this world of data than your choice of religion. when you die, nobody is gunna be judged, infact when you die, nothing will happen. your just dead. end of. you get buried / cremated whatever.

in the end none of us can be sure but i can damn sure bet generally scientific theories are more credible, at least they prevent a level of evidence and knowledge and even literacy.

I can at least sympathise with Jews where they believe that good people go to ‘heaven’ and bad to ‘hell’. but organised religions on the whole are just a shallow control device in my strong opinion.

the choice is mine, ill follow the more credible theory, and if your right, i wont repent, ill burn in hell forever with my likeminded ones, since technically this will be heaven for me. i will be with people i want to be with. if heaven is perfect, but i would be with other religious people like you, it wouldnt actually be perfect. so take me to hell its the lesser of the evils imo.

That doesn’t bother me. It’s one of the oldest Christian beliefs (originating with Luther in the early sixteenth century I THINK, but don’t quote me). What I don’t understand is, if you are using forums such as this to merely sell jewellery so you can support your family – why would your political beliefs to be to cut public spending? It doesn’t make sense to me.

I think the heat’s making me irritable. BAH HUMBUG.
