yep either that or the NHS just saying “sorry we can’t help you” because they can’t spare the resources whether or not people can pay for them
the old dude near me what wrote that big essay/book about peak oil mentioned this – he thinks its won’t be the feds what bring drug use under control but people realising they need to keep their minds/bodies in a reasonable state just so they can survive..
