  • Haven’t had time to read all posts on this one, but just saw ‘Joe Strummer, The future is unwritten’. There’s a great bit when he ‘gets’ raving. great chronicle of punk era and not your usual story of ‘rock’ excesses. A true genius.

    I saw into the wild too, it was a good movie and i liked it, but well, not very original.

    just checked Dead Man’s shoes trailler! seems to be a great film. I’ll see if i can watch it.

    have got the book now to read – as there seems some talk about sean penn ‘romantacisng’ the main characters experience….
    obviously no one know what happened as he was there alone but should be an interesting read none the less

    Yeah good film. I Watched This Is England, made by the same director last night, another classic!

    I didn’t find This is England as entertaining as DMS but it’s definitely as powerful.

    Watched Planet Terror the other night. Quality film for just a bit of fun, all out cheesy gorefest. Thumbs up!

    it is sublime and i laughed through most of it

    recommend

    also The Founatin. dunno anyone else who’s watched it, but I thought it was all time… seemed to capture salvia divinorum on film !!!
