Na, she’s living in Australia at the moment. Apparently she’ss come back to go to Reading if, and only if, Radiohead play. Seems likely. I’m hopeful anyway.

if there had been anything approaching a actual “riot” at Reading Festival the cops would have shouted it across all the media and be calling for its closure – the older detectives especially fucking hate the festival as in the 1970s (before even I was born!) a copper got shot dead by drug dealers from a biker gang and cops never forgive and forget stuff like that…

plus some of my relatives would have said something as they work in the hospital and know a lot of paramedics etc what would have had to pick up the pieces

if you are going to see your sister and get on with her it won’t matter if the festival isn’t as hyped up as they claim as you still will have a good time but its always best to have realistic expectations..

after all loads of people have said East Anglian outdoor raves were shit (including the locals) but I have had a good time at a fair few of them..

Shambala has a mixture of all sorts of music, hip-hop, funk, reggae, dnb, psy, dubstep, breaks, ska, gypsy punk, balkan ska etc etc etc… its a ace festival, they never really release a line-up tho as its all about the vibe (man) as well as the music! :bounce_flash
