  • Do you have any interesting firefox addons to share? I use IEtab, Search Status and Video Downloader, also some others related to Hattrick (a free Swedish online football manager game)…

I use broadband speed test and diagnostics, DOM Inspector, Fire FTP, Flashblock [ best thing ever :biggreen:], Flashgot, Forecastfox, Googlebar, IE Tab, Spiderzilla

[sorry not organised enough to have those as links ;)]

I use ChatZilla (or here) for IRC chat in FireFox

I also use Download Statusbar which is really useful.

Also, McAfee SiteAdvisor, but I’m sure that got installed by me brothers or dad or summat, or maybe just by McAfee itself cos we have the security suite thing.

I use Adblock which is really useful.

unplug is great for robbing media off sites…

Tab Mix Plus : Excellent Tab manager.
Web Developer : Really useful tools for web development.
    FlashGot : Download Manager
Live PageRank : Tiny google pagerank indicator.

Googlebar: Cos it gives you easy links to all those special searches like google scholar (which searches .edu sites), and groups (which searches text usenet archives)

IE tab: for those annoying and badly programmed sites that refuse to believe Microsoft doesn’t actually own the web…

Plain text to link: Because I’m lazy and can’t be arsed with copy and open new window, then paste into the URL bar…

Oh, and FireFTP: Because it does some useful recursives that filezilla and winSCP don’t do so easily amongst other things (and saves logging in to the console and bashing commands at your web space).

    I use:

    AdBlock Plus
    ImageShack Toolbar
    Google Customize
    Gmail Notifier
    Highlighter
    Clipmarks
    British Dictionary

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/219 started to use this music control system which is pretty sweet.

But I tell you what I can’t get the British Dictionary to work at all.

    i use;

    Adblock Plus,
    Advanced Travel
    Bandwidth Meter and Diagnostics
    Colourful Tabs
    Cooliris Preview
    Customise Google
    DOM Inspector
    Download Statusbar
    Forecastfox
    Foxytunes
    last.fm code
    No script
    Wot

What version of Firefox are you using? I had a problem with the version before the latest but all seems to work fine now.

Im using 2.0.04 but while I was writing a post earlier on I noticed a red line under a spelling mistake. So I guess this is it working away. Now all I need to do is figure out how to change the word with out thinking about it. I.E open the Dictionary.

Firefox Companion For Ebay can be very handy..

I use the facebook addon for firefox,

Thing is it keeps me logged into the site so it looks like i am always online, but it also saves me having to open my page to check for messages etc
