i think they meant the one included in firefox 2 maybe, i just visited the site and it appears the new version is past beta version! thanks anyway tho!

The spell checker we’re talking about comes with firefox 2 by default (I’m not sure about version 1 though) although you can also download different language addons. If you see a red line under any words you’ve mis-typed in the forum editor window it’s working. If you don’t it’s worth reloading the page with a ctrl+r to clear your browser’s cache…

Under ‘Tools, Options, General and Browsing’. Is ‘Check Spelling’ ticked?

its workin now! i downloaded an extension or add-on on the fire-fox home page, even tho it seemed i had it installed already. :you_crazy

its makin me realise how bad me spellin is :weee:
