I always accidentally steal from the supermarket fish section as being wrapped in a plastic bag I mistake it as rubbish at the bottom of my trolly :S

I heard you have to be really careful with raw fish and most the sushi you by has been pre frozen to a very low temperature to kill any possible germs. Its a shame though cause I would love to make it myself.
I like all fish, shellfish and things out of the sea. Also river fish. Can’t go wrong with a bit of fish (unless it’s off and you get food poisoning).
I’m moving to the seaside. Fresh shellfish. Hmmmmm, Cromer Crab!

when i had it, it was bought from a japanese fish shop in acton. you know how countries have their little pockets throughout london. it was amazing. i had tuna, aji and shrimp!. it actually turned out to be the perfect ‘day after clubbing’ food, made with ginger salad, some interesting soup with veg that i had no idea what any of it was and saki 🙂

I frequent a japanese store round here but their frozen sushi ready fish is quite pricey, compared to say a fresh tuna steak would be. I love japanese food man, its my favourite :p
