I’ve just thought of another theory: Let’s suppose that a team from these shores that regularly gets in the Champions League has, in the last couple of years, had an Italian manager. Now what if that manager had some previous in regards to match-fixing, maybe he was the manager of a team in Italy when they got relegated for match-fixing, only for the club’s lawyers to inexplicably bail them out. Now let’s say that this Italian club was owned by a man who was also a billionaire, maybe he was even Italian Prime Minister at the time, maybe he had a reputation for scandals…Like a say, it’s just a theory, just throwing it out there man!
