they are pills against hypertension (I think that is high blood pressure or circulatory problems). Usually indicated and prescribed to the middle aged for heart problems. They have no recreational value for a healthy person, and a load of contras/side effects alongisde other drugs/medical conditions. But for someone who needs them they should be taking them. They were most likely dropped from a handbag or trouser pocket by and older person.
Hand them in to any pharmacy, nearby NHS facility or even the the local bobby or PCSO (they won’t bother you about any other drugs you might take). Especially if they still have the outer wrapper with the patients label on them, as this can ensure the patient is given replacement stocks for whatever they have lost, or might be a trigger they are suffering from the age-related mental health issues where they become confused and should be admitted to sheltered homes or other places where they can be prompted for their medication.
