HAHA so you understand where I’m coming from then :laugh_at:

Thanks guys for the advice! :bounce_fl

So it looks like it’ll better to build my own computer. A lot of you guys were mentioning about Windows 7 but do you guys think it’s a better OS than XP?

I had Vista on my computer before but I downgraded to XP :head_bang Hated Vista and Microsoft ever since!

I saw a test result showing that 7 have better processing speed when it comes to 3D graphics and others were just a little bit better than Vista. :sign0085:

win 7 is the bollox! I use both xp and vista atm and am gonna (when I get round to it) do away with both and replace with win 7.

If you need any help with the theory of building a PC drop me a pm.

Alltho I would deffo find someone who has built a PC from scratch b4 to help you phyisicaly build it if you’ve never done it (It could potentialy be a very expensive mistake if you fuck it up!).

win 7 is much better than vista, and its also better than xp imo

yeah go for 7 – xp is old-school now, still runs ok, but 7 would be more suited to a high-end system.

It’s good fun building your own, but as daft says a small mistake can cost you dearly. If you wanna do that do lots of reading, otherwise just use one of the hundreds of online shops – Google ‘Custom PC’ and you’ll get loads – the sites usually have configurators so you can choose your own components. You won’t end up spending much more to have someone build you one. Shop around though, check reviews etc etc.
