For the studies you have to be asthmatic and at least allergic to house dust mite and be using the blue inhaler which is the one that has salbutamol. Have to be a non smoker.
The standard criteria for asthma patients for the studies is to at least be allergic to house dust mite and to be using the blue salbutamol inhaler. On the studies we do allergen challenges which if you have not heard about are the basis of the study which tests what you are allergic to and how allergic you are. The studies prioritise in volunteer safety and they do pay between £1000-£4000 depending on the study you are eligible for.
