I also suspected this. Either a troll, somebody of a low IQ or this poor blighter has an undiagnosed mental condition from which they’re seeking the ultimate escape…… death.

Get him told izbeck. Although you kind of shot youself in the foot by using a clip from train spotting, it’s a film not a documentary lol
I’ve had horrific night terrors (not through drug withdrawal but through illness) Not something to take lightly :'(

I’m aware of this, I have a friend who suffers from night terrors and during one about 4 months jumped out his bedroom window and broke his wrist (could easily have been worse). Sorry if I caused any offence, was not my intention.
Your buying a one way ticket to destruction Mr curiousity, don’t care if you get addicted? (which you will) You obviously are depressed and think your life sucks.. please seek professional help by a doctor for depression, and when you have your diagnoses the doctor can link you up with free courses and free access to thing like swimming memberships and work-shops.

Don’t care if you get addicted? Do you know what severe withdrawal symptoms feel like on opiets?Remember the last time you had a serious stomach bug and times it by ten.dehydration, shakes, vomiting, stomach cramps, sickness, anxiety and not to mention night terrors (Trainspotting (10/12) Movie CLIP – Nightmare Baby (1996) HD – YouTube )Its easy to see how one could justify sex-work against this. Which would be worse? sucking of an old man for a fix or these withdrawal symptoms? Not to mention the lack of interest in anything else other than getting a fix.It is possible to experiment with heroine (although its quite rare)Some people try it once a month or so.Some people start with once a month, to once a weekend and soon enough they find all week all they do is look forward to the weekend so they can get high. (this happened to my ex and it was really sad to watch) It creeps up on you.Research drugs before you try, don’t be ignorant. If you are in a bad place and looking for an escape I strongly advise you look to sorting out your problems before turning to drugs. If you are genuinely curious and want to experience different drugs then maybe you should try weed, MDMA (great fun) and psychedelics.
i have researched drugs and I really dont care about the risks
i dont have a mental condition. I’m just always rally depressed and professional help isnt working

Becoming an addict ain’t exactly the way to cure your depression though. If you’re that depressed and you want something to help you escape from that feeling for a while, then as others have suggested, try some MDMA – it’s far more fun than becoming a slave to a needle, and a lot less damaging to you and those around you.

Ok now you’ve given us some relevant information on yourself that explains your attitude we can provide some more constructive answers. First off why have you opted for heroin? It may get a lot of media coverage so to those that have little personal knowledge and experience with drugs it may seem like the ultimate drug or evil
depending on whether your pro or anti drug but there’s is a mass plethora of drugs to explore, a lot of which you may not even know exist. I’ve never tried heroin but I’m guessing the first few times (before it’s an addiction) are amazing but after that it just becomes a necessity, like say going to the toilet, and it loses its ‘happy’ effect and merely relieves the tension of the craving. There are a few members on here though that ARE H addicts or recovering addicts so they can correct me if I’m wrong there and give more accurate info. As others have said if you feel drugs are your only means of escape try something less destructive and less addictive, i.e. MDMA. The ultimate happy drug and few will disagree with that.
If you don’t mind me asking what is your diagnosis? Depression, anxiety disorder, bi-polar etc.
And what treatments have you tried?
By the way depression is a mental disorder if it’s repeatedly an ongoing issue. I have bi-polar disorder and have been suffering with major depression on and off since 15. I’ve attempted suicide once and even nearly murdered my family before I sought professional help so I know how much depression can fuck you up. I have a lot of knowledge in this area due to personal experience and interest. Feel free to PM me if you want a more private convo :weee:
P.s. I’ve just browsed your profile and it says writing is one of your interests. Why not let that be an outlet? I find keeping a mood diary A- helps me understand my own problems and follow patterns of behaviour as well as a none harmful way of expressing myself and B- will aid any professional practitioners assisting you to also follow patterns of behaviour they may not see or you forget to tell them during a consultation.

anxiety and depression and I have an eating disorder. I’ve attempted suicide but never thought about killing anyone(sorry if you feel I’m insulting you, if I am I’m sorry)
Writing doesn’t help me escape. I love writing but sitting there just makes me think about all the shit going on
No offense taken at all. Do you want to continue talking about your problems or are you only interested in trying to get heroin?
How abot weed instead.
Heroin IS very addictive despite what some people might think. It basically ticks all the boxes that you would want form a depressant and those feelings are very addictive. My best advice is to steer clear of it at all costs, but peeps gonna do what they wanna do in the end.

an opiate addict
I’m just gonna give my 2 pence here.
If you use ANY drug to escape from your problems, it will still most likely lead to a problem/addiction, even if it is only a psychological one. Believe me they can be pretty hard to break having gone through it myself.
Rather then trying to fix the symptoms, fix the cause. Rather then covering up the problem, tackle it and have it done with for good – otherwise you’ll probably feel like this for a long long time.
