I am new to all of this and am unsure of a lot of things if someone could help with a few questions I have with ghb, glb. or exstacy that would be great?

I have not I am trying to find things with the effect of these things I am hoping to use them for the health benifits. Things like the deep sleep and the anabolic assests of it. I am trying to find anyting that can help I really have trouble sleeping and when I do it is not quality sleep at all and I never feel rested or focused the next day. what can you recomend to help. I am in the U.S. so I would love it to be legal.
You don’t need drugs to get good quality sleep. Just change your ways.
Start exercising more, eat more healthily, don’t have any caffeine after 6pm. eat your dinner at 5-6pm etc etc.

As far as your exercise more I have my ACE certification for persona training and a degree in sports nutrition. I have been a athlete/fighter for 7 years and coach for 5 of them. I get plenty of exercise and have a great diet. I would not be looking into this if I had found another normal tyoical solution but sometimes it takes a little more. Please anyone with any info on anyting that can help it is really affecting my workouts, job, and more. I am willing to look into and try something new.
Hmmm are you stressed or is anything big weighing on your mind atm?

Oh yeah have you tried listening to chill out music when going to bed? I find putting on some old school enigma and reading for a while usually zonks me out.
Failing that stick The Mummy Returns on. That film always used to send me to sleep when I couldn’t sleep!

there’s a reason they dont often prescribe drugs that help you sleep anymore, they are highly addictive and will just make it even harder to sleep without them and are highly addictive. I know it can seem like a good idea but it will just make things worse in the long run. Can you not go and see a doctor get some proper medical advice/help?
There is help on the net around about sleeping, for example only go into the bed room to sleep dont relax in there etc etc

That’s all good and well if u live in a mansion – I have 2 rooms i can go in other than kitchen and bathroom :- my bedroom and living room – and other people use the living room… am i doomed to never sleep again? :hopeless:
GHB, GBL are not worth taking because addiction to them will make you unable to sleep without them, i’m talking days on end.
Have you tried Nytol (Dipenhydramine) always worked for me. Then you can get the legal benzo ‘Phenazepam’….. this is also very addictive and with a long half life.
The healthy option though is Valerian root + 5-HTP, that worked for me but i never had chronic sleep troubles.

they do say use your bedroom for sex and sleep only,
but yeh if you live in a bedsit or shared house its difficult these days
not good to have electrical appliances where you sleep too apparently
it’s to do with associating your bed with sleeping rather than doing other things so your brain shuts off… i’m in my bed right now with my laptop as usual…
if i cant sleep i just utilise a comfy floor instead, always works
