Understand if u would rather not say!
Not yet. Give me time. 😉
Actually, my plan is to hold out until i am old enough to use old age and senility in my defense, to minimise any punishment coming my way :laugh_at:
A few times… Have 2 convictions, for the heinous crime of horticulture…:weee::weee::weee:

I was awoken to find four polish guys on my roof stealing ladders! Despite the fact i live a five minute walk from the main nick and the fact i have a council cctv camera looking over the roof, the police decided they couldn’t be arsed to attend. When i caught up with the guys took my ladders back and dished out a few beatings the coppers turn up en masse nick me and cart me off to the station. Needless to say i was livid, luckily though i wasn’t charged and was released with a stern lecture about taking the law into my own hands. But as i explained to them itwas all caught on camera several witnesses saw them stealing and a copper could have jogged to my place in about two minutes. I wouldn’t have taken the law in to ,y own hands if they werent such lazy useless fucking twats. Oh and i got a £60 fine for disorderly conduct on saturday as well for breaking up a fight outside my bar. Go figure. :you_crazy
there are all sorts of other “markers” that can go on your Police National Computer record other than actual criminal convictions; and they can be put on the moment you get a record (whether you are charged or not)
there’s also a “local intelligence office” computer that the cops use to store info about you which is not kept on the PNC…
For instance my record has “Delta Romeo” code on it (drug user) and that can stay on there long after the cautions have expired… at least one Police force knows who I am and has local intelligence info that I was once involved with DJing at and organising raves (although I haven’t been involved in the illegal party scene for about 5 years now….)
Although you didn’t get charged for dealing with the Polish thieves; the cops may have put “Victor India” (uses violence) on your record; and because you may have argued your position they put you on local intelligence as “local hard man / have a go” type…
so every time they see you in any sort of “fight” they get on your case; even if you are being a peacemaker. Its unfair stereotyping (you don’t come across as a thug TBH) but thats how the cops work :crazy_diz
Edit : I see you run a club as well – thats another big thing that gets the cops on your case.
Anyone involved with the music business is viewed by the Police as a potential criminal with links to drugs/organised crime…
would love to know what info they have on me as i’ve been nicked/questioned at all sorts of demo’s and parties over the years. I do have a criminal record but not for anything major its interesting to know they make notes about people. I suppose this is why a mate of mine gets pulled over a lot he does’nt have a record but his van has been spotted at numerous free parties. I guess this is the number plate recognition thingy you mentioned.
Yeah the club tell me about it. I used to be a doorman there but lost my badge now that i’m managment the ob are always on my case. Even though we are the least violent club in town (two fights so far this year, one on satuday one on new years eve) they are always coming down for on the spot license checks ( doorstaff etc.) I really do wish they had better things to spend my hard earned cash on. Like catching criminals real criminals.
tossers
No the Polish are alright. Its the old bill that are the tossers.
harsh,i had that years ago a couple of small plants just started budding(i totally didnt have a clue what i was doin)they only came round because of a minor disturbance :groucho: they left with me,2 mates, ounce half of solid and my beloved plants 😥
Ditto i’ve been lucky lets hope it stays that way
i got a caution when i was about 13/14 and they took our mug shots and prints. apparently they would only be kept on file for so long but i reckon they keep the info on file somewhere?
also had an absolute discharge for a TOY! flick knife thingy i had in my fishing tackle box the rozzers found when we were searched(we were smoking it up they came down car stank search carried out).
again this was not suposed to go on file but again i think there must still be details of this
nope never, been very lucky a fair few times tho. ive always managed to smile sweetly and get away with it. touch wood!
