a few times, 2 cautions 4 drugs and once 4 a few different offenses.. its pretty shit tbh!
yep once i was only 16 and rolling a spliff at a bus stop in paris,versailles..they made me my friends stay in a cell overnight cos i’m from brittany not in paris…bastards
Ionce got away from getting nicked by setting my crotch on fire. Hurt like fuck but no one wants to touch a man whose on fire. So I magaged to leg it then drop and roll.
Moral of the story….
don’t set your crotch on fire.
No lasting damage but obviously I can’t go too deep into the story.
was better than my parents finding out what I was up to.
lots and lots and quite alot of form. got nicked and remanded for organising a mini fest in berkshire and had an injunction served to stay out of the county for 3 months.
raaaraaaraaaraaaraaa
LOL… being run out of town, and told to stay out by the old bill for organising a party demands respect….:bounce_fl:bounce_fl:bounce_fl

Nope it dont lerning to keep your gob shut when the old bill say ‘whos in charge’ and not talking to the press deserves respect 😉
Bet you’ve got one of those lovely notes on your record that says such things as
“check for drugs”
I’m lucky enough to get the check for drugs and “known activist approach with caution”, even though I have no convictions for anything so far.
Also I have only been involved in NVDA (non violent direct action) and therefore they have no reason to be alarmed.
I think nearly all of us from the UK rave scene have got a “Delta Romeo” (drugs warning) marker :laugh_at:. You don’t actually need to be nicked to get a PNC record, if you make a complaint against the cops you get one as well and there is also a local database at each police force which just being at a rave will get you (and your car if you own one) indexed on.
Cops have always kept an eye on activists (violent or not) – way back in the 80s, in fact it was worse surveillance back then as there was no comeback against it or “freedom of information” – cops could do what they wanted.
There are lists of PNC markers on google (apparently they have been declassified anyway by the Home Office since the cops have got radios you can’t scan any more), the codes used by individual forces vary but the are things like
drugs, violence, firearms, contagious diseases, suicidal, mental health problems , has made a complaint against the police, involved in political activism, prolific young offender etc…
can ya actually find out wot the OB got on ya file ?
:laugh_at: I’d love to take down your paticulars Miss
Well, seeing as you asked so nicely.
It was a dark and stormy night…actually, it was just a regular ball-freezing December day in the Fens when the Filth came round and nicked me for importing a half kg of weed. Young and naive. DNA sample (damn), slap on the wrist and a 250 pound fine though, so it was all good. Ish.
‘Naughty boy, nah doan yew dooda gen!Promise!’
‘Yeah, alright.’
Even gave me a choice of breakfasts. Amazing.
The other time me and my mates were protesting for the legalisation on the steps of City Hall and there was a bit of riot, tear gas, 5-star entertainment, all that. Got thrown in jail for 11 hours (and it goes without saying that in a South African jail they don’t offer you a choice of brekkie), had my teeth kicked in, thanks officer, and charged with possession (which was planted) and illegal gathering. Assholes never made it to court when I contested, so the judge chucked it.
