I prefer to drink water meself but i do like having a nice ice cold bottle of beer every hour or so. sorts me right out when im on one! raaa

i mean, the whole paranoia about hydration and ecstasy causes more danger, look at leah betts, government bullshit created a massive paranoia that made her choose to drink in excess

drink when you want, if you are dancing and sweating just drink like you would if you were off drugs! if you are playing football etc. you have a drink

similarly dont feel the need to take 7 litres of water and drink them in one go “just to be sure”
