I cant decide how to fill my time, cope with all the pain and not touch drink or drugs. I wake up every morning and have to fight to find any motovation to get out of bed. Feel really isolated and like the future doesnt hold a lot of hope. I am undecided as to how best to change this situation given that I have no money and few friends. I worry my depression is comming back rather badly.

I am doing my best to find a job and have plans to get a flat share when this happens so that I will hopefully get some friends and a social life.

so yeah, I am generally undecided as to what to do given the current situation. I am not giving up on some kind of future its more than I just dont know how to make life tolerable at the moment.

come on extra you could be knocked down by a bus so be happy try to if not then try to get to love your emotions when i get down its in bed and am praying girl for me life thanking god am alive

Try the “yes game” everything in your life that you don’t know weather to do it or not (assuming it doesn’t damage your health) say “yes” to it … for example … some one asks if you want to goto the fishing lake … say yes … enojoy. never say no to any opertunity that arrises. 😉

quite frankly getting knocked down by a bus would be a nice easy solution to the problem.

Cant think of any opertunitys to say yes to to be honist. But any that do arise I will be sure to egnore my mood and to go for.

yeah if you’re in a bad place mate it might take a little while to get the ball rolling .. but once you’ve started it’ll pick up. 😉
