Health is precious thing so we should take care of it. Following are some tips for health.
1. Eat less
2. Sleep at least 8 hour in a day
3. Drink lot of water
4. Eat fruits daily
5. Avoid fast food and too much oily food
6. Do exercise regularly.

Now days mostly people don’t bother with their health/fitness issues.Which is quite worried situation and leads to weight/fitness/health injuries and infections.We should engage ourselves in some kind of physical workouts,games,exercises and manage our healthy diet,don’t go for a unhealthy stuff which is usually available almost everywhere,drink more and more water does’t matter we thirsty or not.

How do you manage that when there’s less than 7 hours of daylight in a day? Not possible. You could manage 8 hours a night, but never 8 in a day.

1) Eat less than what ? I could be anorexic for all you know
2) Most people only need 6 hours sleep, but it varies from person to person, your mind only actually need an hour or so of REM sleep but people all take different amounts of time to get to a REM state
3) Define ‘A Lot’, drinking to much water can cause damage to your kidney’s
4) Fruits are generally good in moderation, but many also contain acids that damage teeth and digestive tracts, and other contain high sugar levels.
5) Junk food is bad for you, but as occasional treats it’s fine, as for oils you need to be specific, fish oils for example are very good for you and people who have lots in their diets tend to live longer
6) Exercise again only in moderation, to much can be just as harmful as to little, and it needs to be wide variety of motion, body building / weight training for example is actually very harmful, damages joints, cartilage and tendons, people do it to look good not be healthy, one of the best forms of exercise is actually dancing
Here’s a top tip everyone should follow, dont believe things people post in forums ( not even my posts lol ) or newspapers or adverts etc, do your own research from several reputable sources and compare them………. if your lucky you might just find the truth
We all know these basics about health,what is new in it? No doubt health is very important but i guess a kid know that how to take care of these things which you are telling.
Try to give some kinda sensible posts,which make logic’s and sense.

I’m sorry dude but that is bullshit, if you use correct form it isn’t damaging at all. Weight lifting actually strengthens the joints by strengthening the ligaments and muscle that hold them together. It increases bone density as well which is good for obvious reasons.
