Hey, I am in a similar situation… usually very controlled & strong willpower to control the intake… But I had the contraceptive implant inserted in February & it totally messed about with my emotions, infact I felt like I had completely lost control, so had that whipped straight away, but then the life shit started popping up & drowning me with one disaster after another, so I turned to ‘B’ to block it all out every now & then so I had a break from all the worry & stress just every now & then… It gradually got worse & worse & I have now reached that point where I know if I don’t force myself to stop now, I am right on that verge of slipping into that dark & scary place where it over takes you & I then have the worry of losing the battle with my mind “demons” so in my wisdom I decided to a have a last blow out, to end on a happy note & to clear it all out… I have reached day 8 but thankfully only a tiny bit left… then hopefully sleep through my massive come-down!!! 😛 so how’s it going for you?
