oh of course i dont take that many regularly……..just when i really need sleep and yeah ur right about the paracetamol dosage…..i should just buy codene tablets instead, but the gf gets co-codamol on prescription so u get shit loads more than over the counter
If the co-codmaol is on prescription the amount of parenteral can vary unless I am mistaken. As daft says worth looking into, you dont want to be taking to much.
I think it’s pretty much 500mg per tablet standard mate.
but i’m not 100% certain …

oh yeah good point its the codeine part that changes. *face palm*
Formulations contain from 300 mg to 1000 mg (1 gram) of paracetamol per tablet[1]. In the United Kingdom the 15/500 and 30/500 tablets are available only with a prescription, and the 8/500 12.8/500 strength is available over the counter.

Well after reading all that im not taking that many again….didnt realize all that paracetamol was in em
yea you can get codis over the counter its 8mg codeine with 500mg of aspirin chances are you will be close to overdosing on the aspirin before you get any effect from the codeine.

there’s always cold water extraction but I wouldn’t bother its nasty and hard to tell how much paracetamol has been removed.
Thanks for all the input guys really appriciated
I am pretty fit and very active to be honest, play five a side twice a week and 36 hole of golf once a week as well as other activities 😉
I do find it harder to get to sleep after footy ect so I am not sure exercise before bed is not the answer for me…
Have cut out caffine already after 12.00pm in the day
Think I might try the thing you mention Poly just dont want to rely on drugs to sleep but if it works I may just go with it
Thanks again for all the usefull input

5-HTP and Valerian should be known as medicines not drugs.
True just looked them both up…
But all medicines are drugs my friend, regardless of the name on the bottle 😉
more research is needed on both as I understand it. doesn’t mean they don’t work mind.
What about in the phraze “Life giving drugs”. Surely it’s context aswell? Or do you mean it gives you bad thoughts?

Drug is a word linked to bad thoughts.
To small/closed minded people it is
