i tried doing a small bump but it didnt help my agony. what can I do? Any help would be appreciated asap. Thanks. A little blood out of one of my nostrils. I used both. Prob snorted .6g over last 12 hours. I havent touched it in years before last night/today. Please help im in agony. I also popped a xanax about 20 minutes ago. Cant relax because of pain in right nostril.

OK mate you probably have had some sort of research chmical, many are known for their agonizing qualities when snorted. 1st thing, TAKE NO MORE. I doubt there is much left in your nasal passages but get a straw and a cup of water and snort some water through your nose, it’s not pleasant ut it will clear your nose and remove any crap still in there. The headaches can often accompany this so maybe isn’t too unusual but if this persists you should really seek help mate.

This damn stuff could be just about anything. We usually get the rougher chems first in Europe and then they get made illegal and are shipped across to other parts of the world.

as well as following requiems advice; If its really hurting so badly you are having difficulty breathing or a panic attack; hand yourself in at the “minor injuries unit” (it could be at the Fire Station in your country); or any teaching hospital attached to a faith group (I can see you are not in Europe so the public healthcare services may not be immediately as accessible). They should be able to treat this as a “chemical burn to the nose” without asking you too many akward questions and even if they do you aren’t going to jail for that small an amount of a substance (they might encourage you to voluntarily attend some kind of rehab).

Cant go to urgent care or e-room. What should I look for in good blow? What does it look like. If I had to guess I would say mine was 40-50% coke. Clumpy kinda stuck together almost moist but not really. Ive had the kill once in my life and never found anything else like it. hence me doing it maybe once every year or two. Any info would help . thanks

in the bit of England I live in, “blow” is an (outdated) term for cannabis which I have not heard since the late 1980s. However cocaine should never hurt like that; this sounds a lot more like one of the more recent research chemical stimulants.

Cathinones (now illegal in Europe) can be as painful as that when snorted; the only easy “cure” is simply not to take any more of that stuff until the pain stops (and then not to do it again).

I know some otherwise big strong lads who could not snort mephedrone (a once popular cathinone) due to the pain. The stuff was once rife in my town because the feds had seized all the decent cocaine (plus it was a good deal cheaper).
