The night after the guy who was doing a show at our hotel did a show somewhere else ended up getting punched in the face by a policeman he’d put under and fucked with his head who’d instantly reacted to something faster then the hypnotist could to stop it happening. The policeman was fine after, back to normal, but the hypnotist must of had a sore face lol.

I’d probably end up doing exactly the same as the cop (or worse) which is why I never go to these things. Some people can sense others trying to control their mind and react to defend themselves.

Were you anxious like this before being drugged? This sounds like you may be suffering from a form of PTSD which is anxiety as a resilt of a traumatic event…

I am in therapy. I’ve has loads of it, lol. I guess I should have mention that I WAS drugged at a party, although I don’t know with what, 5 years ago and that’s what started the fear. I guess it has just snowballed from there. By certain restaurants I just meant that if it looks “dirty” or is in a “bad” locations, I won’t eat there.

Although I thank-you for the suggestion I don’t think taking LSD would help in this particular situation.

You can’t actually “control” anyone’s mind or make them do anything abhorrent to them. All you can do is bypass the conscious mind and appeal directly to the subconscious. So you could suggest to someone that the onion that they were eating were a delicious, juicy apple or that the water they were drinking was the strongest alcohol known to man. But making them kill people or eat babies or anything would be impossible.

There is no control, only submission.

Also, my arachnophobia was well on the way to being cured (I lived round my Dad’s for a while) until one day he picked up a large female and it bit him on the hand. He had to go to hospital due to extreme swelling (he is allergic to stings and bites and has to carry an epi-pen at all times now). Irrational fear compounded tenfold. Mum and Sis climb in furniture and Dad ends up in hospital.

cops are trained to defend themselves as and when required, but usually do not go around when off duty beating up entertainers in public places of tourist areas with hundreds of witnesses present (even in less politically correct/free places that tends to result in a transfer to some rural backwater)- clearly something that happened made the cop instinctively sense a threat and react accordingly.

I know that whilst I avoid violence if possible, due to experiencing some racism in my youth I known if am put in an uncomfortable enough situation I could easily snap and attack whoever I considered to be the source of it – it is often only the fear of consequences such as prison or mental home that stop me doing so. (for the same reason I do not go to comedy shows where the comedians try and take the mick out of the audience).

The “hpnotist” probably accidentally selected someone from the wrong personality profile (it’s easy to make that mistake) the bloke turned out to be quite resistant, he felt his guard go down (some people resolutely cling to the need to be in control, like that soldier dude on the CH4 ecstasy experiment) and he lashed out. Perfectly understandable.

He probably has some dark, deep down shit that he really doesn’t want to come to the surface (as that’s what usually builds this type of personality profile).

Or just simply felt threatened. I was thinking today of a real life incident a few years back, I was cycling along a busy road in Ipswich and a driver cut across me turning left. He was a family man with his kids and I didn’t think he was being malicious, he just misjudged the speed of my e-bike which can be 18mph (28 km/h)

To avoid being knocked over, I used the side of his car to steady myself, and must have done this with some force as the wing mirror instantly broke off and was left dangling by the wires for the angle control. I did not thump the side of the vehicle nor intend to damage it as revenge, it was simply a matter of reacting quick for survival purposes.

The occupants of the car visibly looked scared and said nothing and I cycled away very quickly (being equally shocked myself) though fully expecting a bobby to later turn up at my work (I wear a very distinctive red cycling jacket that you have to order specially from Scotland, and and my e-bike is one of only 3 of that model owned in Suffolk, and CCTV is relatively good on that street. In the end the driver did not report the incident and some other folk on a cycling group said that in Court he would be viewed as at fault anyway, and I guess he must have had enough punishment as those mirrors aren’t cheap to fix.

I was not in any bad mood that day, and certainly not planning on damaging a strangers motor car and probably would find it difficult to deliberately knock the mirror clean off a vehicle in any other circumstance (and surely they are made to survive the forces of driving at 100 km/h or more?)

Accessing the subconscious can feel very threatening. So yes!

Hey! Thank you for the replies, guys…hypnosis seems like something I should definitely look into.

It was quite awhile ago, but I very vividly remember sitting on a couch. I tried to move, but it felt like I had no control over my body (I couldn’t move, really) and the room was kind of “spinning” but also kind of blurry…after that, I don’t remember anything.

sounds like it was possibly GHB or something similar.

Userrnameee, that sounds like liquid extacy yeah, i’ve been spiked in a pub with that when the no smoking laws came in, and i left my drink unnattended.
I now and again have thoughts about my food been drugged like that as well, it sounds weird even to myself to sit here and admit that.
Luckily for me though i’m a fan of drugs so i eat the food anyway and take the risk.
Sometimes people can even get themselves in to such a state of panic after eating something that the adrenalin and dry mouth makes them think they have definitely just eaten some drugged food.

Really though, i don’t think it is highly likely because when you have some drugs you really don’t like to waste them on strangers or share them too much because you want them for yourself.

one my sisters friends in the 90s was a victim of drink spiking, but at the time my sister was studying pharmacy with the NHS, another girl in the group worked for the Ambulance Service and a third was an “Echo Tango” CCTV operator (I recognised her voice from hearing her on my radio scanner) so nothing too bad happened other than the girls night out which was supposed to be getting away from work ended up at the Royal Berkshire Hospital and having to give statements to Thames Valley Police…which is where they all spent their time at their day jobs..

round here in Ipswich all the security staff are trained to look out for it and in any case it is rare, in this town a predator will just strike whether or not the victim is drunk or has taken drugs, and in any case 90% of the girls who stll go out to townie venues are either underage teenagers or divorced crazy cat ladies

there was in the rural areas here a tradition of friends spiking one another with LSD (as there was a large supply of it) but even then it was dodgy as it assumes that the victim would not suddenly have to do something important or safety critical and has sufficient time to recover. Indeed when the chap who had this supply got busted one of the prosecutions cases was that it was such an amount and there were concerns someone might misguidedly introduce a proportion of it into the water supply in a small village “for a joke”.

This might seem paranoid but there are chaps in this group who might have done that (not realising the wider risk) and there is a very large water tower in that area which isn’t that difficult to get into (at one point before I decided to go legit with these things I was curious about the possibility of getting into it to add a pirate radio transmitter in amongst the mobile repeaters, which has been done before). The guy with the acid got 2.5 years (a fairly normal sentence for dealing class A, in fact on the lenient side as he was hardly the only dealer in that region, which already had a massive drugs problem even with party drugs).

      Hello,
      how are you doing now
      feeling any better?

Hey guys! This may be a weird thread, but I wasn’t too sure where else to go. I am not a drug user (minus marijuana a few times and ecstasy once, which brought on my Anxiety Disorder) BUT for the past 5 years I have been terrified of my food being drugged! I mostly worry about LSD, or marijuana being put in my food. I suffer from Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Depersonalization Disorder and have an extreme Phobia of my food being drugged. My fear is that if I ingest drugs I will have a Panic Attack that never ends, and I will go crazy! I will not eat anything left open in the fridge, I can’t eat at certain restaurants, and sometimes even tap water freaks me out…I know it is crazy, but I can’t seem to shake it! I am sick of it!

So, I guess my general question is…is it even possible to drug someone’s food with LSD? Could you put it in a glass of water? Or the fridge? I figure maybe educating myself about the subject a bit more would help me out, as I have been to, and am currently in therapy with little results.

      Thank-you for your replies!
