Diamorphine now, that’s the medically produced, regulated, tested, uncut stuff (might not be as strong but it sure is clean).
Just so you know that there is a difference – not in what they are, but in how they are made and who they are intended for.
They seriously screw with your neural chemical receptors – very easy to get addicted to if you have problems coping with everyday life, VERY hard to quit if you get addicted.
