If someone can smoke 400mg in an hour they’re a fuck up simplez. people have been known to shoot up 4000mg with enough money and hedonist stupidity in one shot to the vein.

so even then a bag generally doesn’t go that quick unless you’ve been smoking for days or worse months/years.
