You only have to look down a few posts in every one of them threads to see someone having a pop at how bad k is (that’s if the op doesn’t)

K’s a populer drug. Especialy in the rave sceen (what this forum is geared towards). Smack isn’t the kind of drug many people take at raves, alltho it happens. So you are gonna get more MDMA/Ketamine/Acid threads here then you are Smack/Crack/Meth etc.

I don’t any more (I wasn’t taking any at chris’s after shambala was I) … I decided to stop ages ago cos i could feel it fucking with my head and I wanted to take it more regularly. I got pissed a few weeks ago and did a bit, but regretted it after.

I was never addicted, but could feel it starting to take ahold (I’ve even told you this before) so I stopped before it was too late. Yes I regulated my intake, but only by stopping did it not fuck me up. It could of easily of gone another way if i had some shit happen at the time that sent me off in a self destructive mood, like can happen sometimes.

I know you’re probably thinking I’m being a hypocrit or something cos i’ve smoked it and am still saing it’s bad, THAT is bullshit cos it actualy means I know more about what I’m talking about then if I hadn’t smoked it.

Like every one sais on here, moderation is the key, but some things are just harder to keep at a moderation. Comparing smack addiction with canabis addiction is a bit out of preportion cos canabis, alltho addictiv, is as I said a phycological addiction. Alltho easy enough to form a habit of taking, not very hard to quit. The stakes arn’t really that high. Where as if you happen to get caught out and do get hooked on gear, the steaks are much higher.

Have you ever seen someone trying to come off a heroin habit? If not, go vist your local rehab place, have a look, then compare it to canabis addiction.

No one’s “hating on you” poly … just you’ve had a shitty week and have started getting pissed off with everyone who isn’t agreeing with you. People all have there own opinions on things. Not every one will imidiatly go “you know what, you’re totaly right mate” cos not every one thinks the same.

I know of several people on here who have lost friends/family to heroin use, and a fuck load more irl. This isn’t my point but i just thought:I don’t think i’ve heard of more then 1 person dieing off k use, alltho I’m not denying it CAN fuck you up big time (not that it WILL).

No one is saing H will atomaticaly kill you tho ( as with ketamine it CAN but won’t nesaseraly), they are saing it’s a risky choise to make if you choose to take it repeatedly.

Personally I think alcohol causes much more damage to society then heroin on the whole – and yes I drink like a fish,

I think perhaps it is because we are ‘brought up’ to believe because it is illegal it is bad, unfortunatley because it is illegal and leads to physical addition people will and often end up carrying out illegal acts, to get it… and often peoples personalities end up diminishing as the addiction gets hold – but this happens with any substance IMO.
