Hmmmmm I aint feeling that to be honest. People I knew used to be reliable as fuck for a tenner too, and people like you didnt really help. You co-signed their bullshit warrent for them, usually for selfish purposes too.

I aint gonna get into the whole dynamics bisniss and thearaputic terms, as it can get long and boring…. and has been done exellently in another post about enabelers,selfish people, co-dependace and all that….

Its nice to be able to have friends now that dont need something to be reliable, they are who they are and our friendships are stong bacause of that.

I advise against swapping from methodone to Subutex on such a high amount of methodone.

You will need to withdrawl for at least 4 days before the methodone starts to come out of your system.

If you dont withdrawl before taking subutex you will get the shock of your life!!!!!!!!!! :crazy:

I’ve been on methodone maintainance for sometime and when subutex was first introduced to the thames valley I was one of ten subjects to try it.

I was on 30mls and told to detox for 3 days. No meths, no gear nothing – the longest 3 days ever. When I took my first dose of 8mg the very first day I was ill and hoping to feel much better. However, within half an hour I was sat in a scoulding hot bath, pink skin and severe stomach cramps, puking in the bath and shivering.

I went out, spent about 30 quid on gear and then over rid the blocker.

My advice is to get down to something like 10 or 15 mls of meth and yes it would be easier to get off than methodone.

Good luck and if I can offer any more advice I will try and be online moreso from now on.
