I started going raving when I was about 13-14 iirc and some times to big legal raves as well (and I didn’t look perticularly old either).
I wouldn’t think you’d have any problem getting in as long as you brought the right attitude but as others have said depending on what parties you goto it could be dodgy and you might be made a target due to your age or you could get splatted by the police depending on how blatently advertised the party is.
If you’re worried about getting wet it might be a good idea to bring an unmbrella or some waterproof clothes especialy if it’s this time of year.
