Honor killings etc are a thing from the past and are still carried out now as some cultures still follow the same old rules . In many cultures , even our own a male was worth more than a female as the male carried over the family name . Plus even today to a point the brides family is supposed to foot the bill of the wedding , i forget the word used but the brides family would put up a sum of money for a wedding .
The idea was that families would wed for finacial reasons and better standing for the family . Now in the UK these sort of things dont happen much , but in certain cultures around the world its still like that .
Religion or culture are the only reasons for this , and im glad to say this in the UK is pretty much dead . When a culture or religion see’s a child as a way to make money or better their standing then its all wrong . Life is Life no matter what sex or standing , i hate class systems . We are all the same , human ….the sooner we realise this and forget that we are brown , black , yellow , white , blue ( scottish lol ) or pink with green spots ( me im ill lol ) ….we are all human and the same .
And i hate bullies and i think honour killings are just done by bullies that want to inflict their will on others , much the same as Domestic abuse from Husband or wife on their opposite partners . Its Child type Bullies , they are insecure so lash out .
One day this shit will stop i hope , we will always argue and dissagree but murder should never come into it .

ps to relieve anger hit yourself if you have to , but dont lash out …..believe me you starting hitting yourself you get plenty of time to yourself to cool off lol ……..last time i get angry on the number 7 bus to Lincoln 🙂
