are you in year 12/13 or FE college? from my recent experience most Norfolk ravers are now this age to their early 20s, and this environment (high school 6th form or college) is where they tend to meet and form the friendships. Also a college with this age group isn’t easy to send undercover cops into as even the youngest would be way too old and kids are smart enough to spot a teacher who was or might still be a cop (we had a deputy head in my old high school who had come straight out of Thames Valley Police and dressed like Gene Hunt out of Ashes to Ashes).
Feds even tried this recently with a detective constable on farcebook, she was quite pretty for a copper TBH but about 25/26 and round here most girls have either stopped partying because they are mums or at Unversity (or both!) and have other priorities so she got spotted straight away.
its really become a younger persons game nowadays and most crews get one party, given one chance only and after that their rigs get seized. bear in mind the authorities know Thetford Forest inside out because there are several key MOD bases and a power station in there and these things have to be guarded. and if folk my age take the piss with illegal parties you are lucky if you only go prison, they sometimes put you in mental health hospital as they can diagnose someone with a personality disorder if they are nearly 40 years old and still can’t follow basic rules. So the names and people keep changing anyway and its not as easy to keep up with them.
If you are not already at college then consider going – if you are there than try and stick it out – especially as you can actually do interesting courses at them related to music and creativity rather than boring school type subjects and it seems to be where the young ravers come from. Also most teach trade skills you can get a job with. ts cheaper than 3 years uni and better than 6 months in warren hill because you ended up selling drugs to fund your lifestyle. Plus if your mum and dad get the idea that you decided to go to college or stay there because of a rave site, they might even be less concerned or judgmental about your lifestyle. Its perfectly possible your parents were ravers but hid this from you as they regret seeing how my generation got addicted etc….
my mates were able to hold a licensed even in a very prominent Suffolk venue last weekend. Sadly I missed it due to some minor health problems but if they were even allowed near this venue it means the feds are slowly accepting the scene a bit more….
