  • What are the things you will do to avoid binge drinking this year? Or, how do you plan to totally avoid drinking alcohol? I think it will be interesting to know your views on this. Thanks.

    Welcome to PartyVibe!

Why should I avoid drinking? Do you have a problem with king-alcomohol? I do not, I drink when I want to and when its not in conflict with what else I am doing. What about you? Do you drink when it does not fit in to your life?

Why should we totally avoid something if we enjoy it. All in moderation

    simple response, i dont 🙂

I avoid drinking by not drinking. There’s no other way as you choose to drink or not. Sometimes I choose to drink, but then I’m not avoiding it anymore.

Hmmm…. stopping drinking is like stopping going and seeing all my hot girl pub friends.. fuck

could try n get myself a straight gf :S

    I dont

fuck not drinking, I spent alot of time in the pub, I’m not gonna stop now. besides, my liver hasn’t fallen out of my arse yet, so I’ve got a lot of drinking time ahead

might as well do bareeeee drugs this year cos we’re all gonna die….

cos of the mayan calender bullshit

NAH cos we are gonna die at some point so may as well make 2012 peng cos it’s england olympics and we get to see some terrorist explosions.

the Mayan calender only goes up to 2012 cause they couldn’t find a bigger stone. simple. the world will end when either wale or F.Y.R. Macedonia win the Euro 2012…..that’s my theory.

yeah, the olympics are gonna be a joke mate, the americans getting all para cause know body likes them anymore so they think everyone is trying to kill them, the Greeks most likely won’t turn up due to only being able to afford ryanair flights, kenya will win the really long running race…..again, SCOTLAND will win the cycling….again. And ENGLAND won’t win shit, as it’ll be won by people from Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland…..NOT the UNunited Kingdom.

    Here are some tips:
    1. Quench your thirst first before you take any alcoholic drink. The reason is that you will drink more alcohol if you are thirsty.
    2. Ensure your stomach is full before or while drinking. You will drink more if you are hungry.
    3. Avoid salty foods while drinking. It will make you feel thirsty and make you drink more than you planned.
    4. Avoid drinking on rounds or shouts because you will be pressured to drink more. If you drink, it should be at your own controlled pace.

    But I dont want to

Here are more tips on how to drink less this year:

    1. Stress less. The more stressed you are, the higher is your chance of turning to alcohol to relieve your stress.
    2. Don’t drink alone.
    3. Don’t store alcoholic beverages at home.
    4. Seek help if you think you can’t quit by yourself and trust God that He will pull you through.
    Have a sober year everyone!

Sure theres the safe way of drinking… then theres the fun way 😉
In response to your question, theres no point in staying sober, its for old and boring people.

Most of the time I am very sober, other times I am quite the opposite
