in Blighty yes, but lots of other folk across the world understand English (or Chinese, or both) which are the main languages that “they” want to monitor.
Especially in nations like the USA and some Asian ones there are lots of eager young individuals our age working as freelancers for the fed whilst claiming to be members of every online activist group you can think of, most of them will sell their brothers and sisters out for the cost of one of them big graphics cards and think that what they are doing to peoples lives is no different from a computer game.
