Exactly; with drugs the burden of proof seems to switch to the accused once possession is established
THAT’S THE LAWS IN USA, NOT IN SWITZERLAND, CUZ UNTIL ITS FOR PERSONNAL CONSUMPTION, THERE ARE NO AMOUNT WICH DEFINATED ITS NOT FOR CONSUMPTION.
THERE MUST HAVE PROVE THATS U ARE SELLING A PART O F THE BATCH, THE QUANTITY IS NOT A CRITERIA THAT’S U ARE SELLING

Exactly, how much better can you make your situation when you are caught IN POSSESSION of illegal goods.
Keep your fucking mouth shut until you speak to a solicitor (as you always should) and pray.
UNTIL THERE ISN’T ANY EVIDENCE THAT’S U ARE SELLING, U JUST HAS TO OPEN UR MOUTH AND SAY ITS FOR MY OWN USE. THEN UN SHOUT UR MOUTH AND ITS TO THE COPS TO PROVE U LIE
Possession if 50g of coke is gonna get you jail in the UK mate, just a question of how long.
@Tryptameanie 590657 wrote:
Yes buit you still have 50g illegal drugs. Whose they are makes no difference.
LIKE I SAID BEFORE QUANTITY DOESENT MATTER I SUCH A CASE. 5 GR OR 50 GR CONSOMATION IS NO DIFFERENCE HERE IN THIS COUNTRY
Oh it does. I can easily be expected to consume a g if I was caught with a g. If I was caught with 50g, makes it very difficult to say it’s all yours, might work/could work idk.

THIS IS THE REASON OF THE THREAD, , DO U RISK JAIL FOR CONSOMATION IN CASE OF A MIDDLE AMOUNT OF COCAIN (JUST AN EXAMPLE) IN UR COUNTRY?
Then the answer for the UK is yes.
Sometimes I’m glad you’re another countries problem :laugh_at::laugh_at::laugh_at::laugh_at::laugh_at::laugh_at::laugh_at::laugh_at::laugh_at::you_crazy:you_crazy:you_crazy:you_crazy:you_crazy
AN OTHER EXAMPLE OF LAWS HERE, IT CONCERN THE AFRICAN REFUGIES IN SWITZERLAND, UNTIL A POSSESSION OF 5 GRAMM COKE, IF THE POLICE CATCH A TRANSACTION WERE THE AFRICAN GUY SELLING HAS NO MORE THAN 5 GRAMM, EVEN THE BUYER SAY , ” BOUGHT ONE GRAMM FROM THAT AFRICAN GUY” AND THE AFRICAN GUY SAY IT ISN’ TRUE, I DIDN’T SELL ANYTHING TO HIM, IT IS HIS SAYING AGAINST THE OTHER AND IF THE COPS CAN’T PROVE THAT THE AFRJCAN GUY IS LIYING, HE WILL BE FREE ON THE SAME DAY, THERE MUST BE AN OTHER PERSON WHO ACCUSED HIM FOR SELLING
Well, good luck in court wherever you are where it’s shit and has archaic drug laws.

trypta, don’t think this of me,
in the example, i told u “the police must prove you’re guilty”. in such cas, u have to be very clever in each answer. if u ask for a laywer and say u want not answer to the question, they will keep until the lawer come. and then if u don’t answer , u will go to jail. So if u are sure they can’t prove it’s wrong , u don’t need a lawer. they can only keep u 24 hours.
BUT CAREFULL, ONE LIE AND THE BALANCE IS GETTING IN A BAD WAY FOR YOU
The police don’t “prove” anything, they arrest people suspected of crimes. Judges decide guilt after hearing both sides evidence in a case brought by the prosecution service, who, after considering the evidence they had of your guilt at that time.
They are gonna keep you up to 72 hours or something in the UK and apply for extensions, to question the suspect.
Have the drug laws advanced? I think in the last 10 years we actually moved cannabis up a class back to where it used to be and the idiots in government atm refuse to even discuss changing the drugs laws.
Apart from banning random chems at least once a year.
This link of worst places to have drugs is shocking
And here is a wikipedia article on countries that allow capital punishment for drug trafficking which is shockingly, to me, long.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capital_punishment_for_drug_trafficking
about 2-3 grams could be got off as posession provided the offender has a regular job and no evidence of any criiminal property (i.e things obtained by drug dealing they could not normlly afford)
even when buying bulk amfetamine to store and use over a longer period cops put me on surveillance and thought I must be dealling the stuff as well becuause I fitted certain profiles
now with RC/NPS there isn’t so much of a problem as nothing is really illegal unless you resell the NPS at a party or get into a vehicle crash under the influence.
The race thing happensor happened to some extent in UK but thats because so many middle class white kids would say they got their drugs off a “big black guy / immigrant in some shady area” so the burden of proof has to be higher to avoid accusations of racial profiling (even though the cops do this as well)
In most cases the state is going to try its hardest to prove you were dealing if possible and if not get you to cop a plea to a lesser charge.
the swiss sound great if you can claim an ounce or two of yayo as personal

in switzerland, u have to pass before 24 hours after arrest in front of a judge if the police want not let u go, but the cops have to prove that’s not for u , if they ask where comes the money to buy it, just answering, i put it by side since years , u even don’t have to proove then that is was taken from a bank account.i will tale u a story that gives a good image of how u are been judge here and what a judge needs to charge you for more than consumption buy later
