I’m on 500 mg Keftab for an ear infection. And I have to take it twice a day for a week. If I stop the medication this week, will I be able to drink booze again by next week?

you should not worry, the half life is very short like max 1,2 hrs, then it is out of you system in day.

Yeah I don’t think it stays in your system more than a few hours. Give yourself a few hours extra though to be sure.
