about 10 grams per week really trying to cut back now as i can’t afford to do this much longer 🙁

Used to smoke a hen a day but don’t smoke anything now.

Currently on between 1 and 3 joints a day. Only smoke joints as any attempt at smoking a rollie or a cigarette results in much gagging and a wretch or 2, often then followed by a cascade of vomit if I push for it. Just can’t tolerate the taste of tobacco but addicted to the nicotine 😥

At my worst/best (depends on perception) I was knocking back between 15-20 E’s a day with 7g of bud. Alcohol was often thrown in there too and I did that for about 6months. Still managed to hold down my job though, fuck knows how.

At the time I didn’t think about it, no conscious effort whatsoever but I look back now and think how the hell did I get away with it??!!?! Don’t regret it but wouldn’t go back there. And yeah I should of just stuck to bongs but I started smoking spliffs as a social thing and here I am now struggling to kick the stuff. Gradually reducing though. I smoke in the evening as a means of unwinding and only tend to have more than one when I can’t sleep, which unfortunately is most nights atm.
