As you can see, it’s basically point for point around these here parts, I’ve heard; and the area I’ve moved to (from the Austin area) is pretty sparsely supplied, the shit is stomped hard, and pt for pt is not an outrageous asking price. Compared to AZ, though, it’s NUTS!
