Hello so I do not have the money to buy any oxycodone, but have 300mg of tramadol. My question is how much can I safely take to ease the anxiety. Also do I need to eat something before taking.

Also I should probably put down that I have never had tramadol before.

1st time taking any drug you should start as low as possible. Many people will get meaningfully significant effects at as low as 50mg and if you’re wanting to use opiates for anxiety (very fucking bad idea btw) then 50mg is potentially enough. Any thoughts of going as high as 300mg 1st time is mental.

I have a pretty good tolerance to oxycodone I’ll take any where from 70 to 90/mg at once. I used to take 100mg twice a day put that was a while ago.

I should of been more clear with that. Does that mean I will be able to take more tramadol then usual.

Thanks for clearing that up. Cross tolerance between opium based medications does occur so tolerance is likely however that does not change at all the advice I gave above. Start at 50mg and work up from that. While the actual active ingredient in tramadol may give you no problems, and other inactive fillers or binders may cause you to have a reaction. Even do 1 intial dose of 50mg as an allergy test, give it an hour to wait for any unwanted side effects and to guage any effect noticed at 50mg to guage whther 300mg may even be too high a dose to be comfortable.

Also I have read that if you take 50mg every 40 mins to an hour it will work better to give you a high. Is there any truth to this.

i do 2x50mg, wait 45 mins then 50mg wait 45 mins then another 50-100mg.
